• Lead a team of five in managing the Risk Management (BRIDGE/PO) process. • Be the go-to person for Nordic partners and vendors, ensuring clear communication and quick problem-solving. • Handle the BRIDGE/PO requests from vendors and EY Project managers. • Connect with the supplier management, purchase order, and invoice teams to keep the requests running smoothly. • Resolve any urgent issues/escalations that come up in the team and help team members grow and improve through mentoring. • Research and understand the proposed relationship between EY and the third party before approval.
• Draft and review visa applications petition and share to the NY Team directly. • Communicate with partner office in US and share updates regarding the applications, manage calls with clients regarding Immigration updates. • Collect and file documents in proper order and update in Case Management System (CONNECT).
• Coordinate procurement operations according to project requirements. • Estimate the CAPEX required for the project using historical rates and ensure that the actual material cost stays within budget, achieving significant savings. • Communicate and place orders with suppliers/manufacturers based on the project's quantity needs. • Manage and oversee third-party accounts, including quotations, purchase orders (POs), and invoice submissions, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained. • Maintain a project-oriented database, archive, and filing system to efficiently track and keep a list of invoices and payments. • Generate accurate legal contracts for fit-out works on new projects and secure approval from Property & Casualty (P&C). • Support the Assistant General Manager (AGM)/Project Managers with inquiries regarding the status of POs/payments. • Serve as the point of contact for general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, communicating directly via calls or emails.
• Schedule resources accurately for optimal utilization using the ERP system. • Add new hires to the resource pool based on code block information, and update resource profiles for transfers and resignations. • Work with various Operations Managers to accommodate sudden changes and coordinate with the Training team to schedule resources for advanced skills training.
• Handle the Client Escalations by reaching out to the associates in the team and with the US counterparts to give the resolution in a timely manner. • New Hire Training and guiding junior associates on the team, Subject Matter Expert of the processes in the team.
